The updates regarding the Central Laboratory Management System (MERLAB) indicate that analysis services funded by BAP, TUBITAK, and similar projects will be exempt from VAT under Articles 17/1a and 17/2a of the VAT Law No. 3065. These changes will be reflected in the MerLab system on 02/10/2024. Please keep this in mind when making new analysis requests.
