AccuPyc 1350 Automatic Density Meter

Working Principle
The AccuPyc II 1345 determines volume using the gas displacement method. The sample placed in the instrument is exposed to helium gas in a constant volume cell. Since helium is an inert gas that can penetrate even small pores, it provides highly accurate volume measurements. During the measurement, an amount of gas equal to the volume of the sample is displaced, and this displacement is calculated using the ideal gas law. The obtained volume information is combined with the mass of the sample to determine the true density value.
