The Central Laboratory (MerLab) Management System has been made applicable to specific units. All units providing analysis services within our university (including Faculties, Vocational Schools, and Research and Application Centers) will be able to carry out analysis service processes (from sample acceptance to analysis reporting) digitally, and generate statistical reports.

Proforma or analysis reports (if necessary) will be signed by the person responsible, as determined by the unit.

In the analysis processes, the approval and rejection authority will lie with the Management System responsible person appointed by the unit.

Service fees will accumulate in the unit's own revolving fund account.

The MerLab Management System will serve as a documentation and tracking center in analysis processes, facilitating the workflow.

The MerLab Management System is a dynamic Laboratory Management System, consisting of modules created by the University's Information Technology Department, with GÜTMAM consulting.

Each unit can contact GÜTMAM, which is appointed by the Rectorate to coordinate the process, to receive user training and begin using the system free of charge.
